Weave experiments

We design containers for connection.

Not workshops. Not trainings. Not content. We create the conditions - the architecture of time, space, and attention - where people naturally discover they belong to each other.

This is our art: the invisible structure that lets groups drop into coherence. The space between people where transformation happens.

What follows are examples of this art in action - conversation designs we've developed over years of experimentation. They're living documents, meant to be adapted, borrowed from, played with. If something here calls to you, take it.

ARCHITECTURES OF CONNECTION

A guide to the patterns and structures we use to design gatherings - from single conversations to multi-month journeys. This document shares the foundational architecture: how we communicate intention, organize small groups, and create the conditions for something unexpected to emerge.

Think of it as the grammar beneath the poetry.

TASTE OF THE NEW WORLD

A 90-minute conversation design for small groups ready to step beyond the known.

The inspiration comes from a question asked of four souls in Budapest, 1943 - documented in Talking with Angels by Gitta Mallasz:

"What would you do in the New World for the New World?"

This design invites participants to travel together - through story, through silence, through imagination - and taste what becomes possible when we meet as if we already belong to each other.
